I am truly honored to join you as the new principal of Lincoln Elementary in the School City of East Chicago.  As I look forward to meeting each of you, I am eager to build strong relationships and begin our important work together.

This upcoming school year presents us with an exciting opportunity to make a powerful impact on our scholars and connect with our school community.  To guide our efforts, we will focus on three key priorities:

I know that by focusing on these priorities, we will make a lasting impact in the lives of our scholars.  I also believe the best solutions and ideas come from collaboration.  I look forward to hearing your perspectives, learning from your expertise, and working side by side to create the learning environment our scholars deserve.

I believe in the power of TEAM.  Each of you brings unique talents, experiences, and passion that will help us achieve excellence.  Together, we will set high expectations, celebrate growth, and support one another every step of the way.

Let us make this a year of PURPOSE, PROGRESS, and PRIDE for Lincoln Elementary.   I am honored to serve as your principal. and I cannot wait to see all that WE WILL accomplish together!

 

As we begin this school year at Lincoln, I am excited to continue supporting our students, staff, and families in creating a school environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. My focus remains on fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging atmosphere where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated educators to ensure every student has the tools and support they need to succeed.

I am especially eager to strengthen relationships within our school community and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Together, we can build on the strong foundation already in place at Lincoln and make this year one of meaningful growth and shared success.
